Freshly air-roasted in craft batches every week in Rockwall, Texas by a disabled veteran-owned roastery. Single-origin, specialty-grade, and traceable to the farm.
Roasted to 416°F with a 20% development time, the V-Tail lands squarely in the middle of a true medium profile: even, sweet, and never bitter.
