At Legendary Aviation Coffee Company, we hold our coffee to a standard we'd be proud to serve in any cockpit. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how it works.
Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Coffee, tea, and syrups are consumable products, so for food safety and quality control we can't accept them back once they've shipped. But we stand behind every bag and bottle that leaves our roastery. If your order arrives and you're not happy with it, reach out to us at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll work with you on a replacement or store credit so you walk away with something you love. We handle these case by case, and our goal is always the same: get you flying with coffee you're glad you bought.
Merchandise, Gear, and Equipment
Non-consumable items like hats, apparel, mugs, challenge coins, and brewing gear can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they come back unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Email us first at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com to start the return and get a shipping address. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, your call. Items that arrive worn, washed, used, or without original packaging may not qualify.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Orders
Inspect your order as soon as it lands. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com and include a photo of the issue. This lets us sort it fast. For these cases we'll send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method, whichever you prefer. The photo just helps us file it correctly on our end and get you taken care of without delay.
Items We Can't Accept Back
The following are not eligible for physical return or refund:
- Coffee, tea, or syrup products (for food safety and quality control)
- Perishable or food-grade goods
- Gift cards
- Sale and clearance items
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a replacement or credit, just ask us before taking action. Returns shipped to us without prior authorization can't be accepted or refunded.
How to Start a Claim
Email orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Our team will walk you through the next steps. Please don't ship anything back until we've confirmed it with you, since unauthorized returns can't be processed.
Refund Timing
When a refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still don't see it, email us at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com and we'll chase it down.
International Orders and the European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their destination country. If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days without giving a reason. This right applies to non-consumable merchandise that is returned unused and in original condition. Sealed consumable goods like coffee, tea, and syrup are exempt once opened for health and food safety reasons. Proof of purchase is required.
