The Mobile Command Center
Our signature trailer is not just for show. It is a specialty grade coffee station on wheels. Outfitted with two built-in one-gallon brewers, it has the capacity to brew 20+ gallons over the course of an event. Built for weddings, parties, or corporate functions where the coffee needs to be flowing but also unforgettable.
Guests do not just get coffee. They get rich, complex, aromatic, smooth, clean-finishing fuel that tastes dialed-in every single time. Air-roasted on our Loring S35 Kestrel. Brewed fresh on-site.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 8 weeks in advance for weddings and large events to lock in your date. For festivals and multi-day events, 3 to 6 months advance notice helps us schedule the right crew and equipment. Smaller corporate events can sometimes be booked within 2 weeks depending on availability.
What event sizes can you handle?
Our setup scales from intimate 50-guest gatherings to 5,000-person festivals. Smaller events use our Mobile Command Center trailer. Larger events scale up with our heavy-duty brewing lineup of three commercial 3-gallon brewers, dispensers, and insulated servers.
What is included in coffee catering service?
Our service includes hot coffee, iced coffee, cold brew coffee, cold brew tea, creams, sugars, and customization with our exclusive Pink House Alchemy syrups. Setup, brewing, service, and cleanup are all handled by our crew. You and your guests just enjoy the coffee.

We are based in Rockwall, Texas and regularly serve the entire Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. For multi-day festivals, airshows, and major events, we travel further. Email us with your event location and we will let you know if we can make it work.
