At Legendary Aviation Coffee Company, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle shipping. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We primarily ship via USPS (United States Postal Service), using discounted rates through our Shopify carrier partnership. We package orders based on size and contents to protect them in transit. Typically:

  • Small orders (around 2 bags of coffee) ship in a custom padded bubble mailer.
  • Single syrup orders ship in a custom 5x5x8 box.
  • Most other orders ship in a custom 8x8x8 box, which generally accommodates up to 5 items.
  • Larger orders are packaged in additional or larger boxes as needed, based on the number of items.

Packaging and carrier selection are at our discretion. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers, packaging, or methods when it helps ensure safe and efficient delivery.

2. Shipping Rates and Transit Times

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. The applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase. Transit times vary by destination and method. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment

We typically process and fulfill orders within 1 to 3 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods. Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delivery delays. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

4. International and Special Shipping

We ship worldwide. We also ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, and P.O. boxes. International rates are calculated using live carrier rates at checkout so you get an accurate, up-to-date price.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total or shipping charge and are set by your local customs authority. Delivery times on international orders can also be affected by customs processing, which is outside our control.

5. Shipping Liability, Damage, and Lost Packages

Once your order is handed to the carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment in transit. That said, we stand behind every order. If your shipment arrives damaged, or if it's lost or doesn't arrive, contact us at customerservice@legendaryaviationcoffee.com and we'll help make it right, consistent with our Refund & Satisfaction Policy. For damaged arrivals, please include a photo so we can resolve it quickly. We package every order carefully to minimize the risk of damage, and we'll work with you and the carrier to sort out any issues.
