Standards Over Slogans
We do not sell coffee. We sell a standard. Top 1% specialty grade. Independently scored 85+ on the SCA scale. Air-roasted on a Loring S35 Kestrel. Whole bean or precision-ground. Roasted close to ship date, never warehouse stock.

Aviation Discipline
A pilot does not skip the preflight. A flight test engineer does not estimate a load. We bring that same discipline from Army Aviation into the roaster. Checklist driven. Tolerance driven. Outcome driven.
