1. Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase, which will be cross-verified in our system to validate the transaction.

Please note that coffee products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are unopened. However, we are committed to acting in the best interest of our customers and will evaluate each situation individually to provide the best possible resolution.

2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and make it right.

4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Custom products, special orders, or personalized items.
- Personal care goods such as beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to initiate a return for the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing any justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as mentioned above. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
