1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
• Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase, which we will cross-verify in our system.
Note: Coffee products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are unopened. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will evaluate each case individually to ensure a fair resolution.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at orders@legendaryaviationcoffee.com. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide the necessary return shipping address. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will work swiftly to correct the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Exchanges
To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can purchase the new item separately.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined above. Proof of purchase is required.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
