Shipping Policy

At Legendary Aviation Coffee Company, we handle shipping with the same precision we roast—clean, controlled, and built around transparency. This policy outlines how carriers, delivery methods, and shipping insurance work. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 

1. Shipping Carriers & Customer Choice

We ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

At checkout, you select the carrier and service level you want.

Free shipping is reserved for USPS Ground Advantage (or its current USPS equivalent).

If the paid shipping method selected costs more than the actual fulfillment rate, we reserve the right to use the next best equivalent service that stays within the amount you paid.

 

2. SavedBy Shipping Insurance

We offer SavedBy Package Protection at checkout.


This insurance covers:

• Lost packages

• Stolen packages

• Damaged packages in transit


If SavedBy protection is declined, the customer assumes full responsibility for any shipping-related loss, theft, or damage.

Without SavedBy, Legendary Aviation Coffee Company reserves the right to deny refunds, replacements, or reshipments for any carrier-related issues outside our control.

SavedBy claims can be filed directly through the customer’s SavedBy dashboard using the order details emailed to you at checkout.

 

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

Rates are calculated in real time based on weight, destination, and carrier selection.

Transit times vary by carrier.

A tracking number is provided when the order ships.

 

4. Processing & Fulfillment

Orders typically process within 1–3 business days.

High-volume seasons or promotions may extend this window slightly.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

We cannot refund or replace orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

 

5. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship internationally, including territories, APO/FPO, or PO boxes.


6. Liability After Handoff

Once the package is handed to USPS, UPS, or FedEx, liability transfers to the carrier.

If SavedBy protection was purchased:

• File your claim and we will assist if additional documentation is needed.

If SavedBy was not purchased:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be handled directly with the carrier.

• Legendary Aviation Coffee is not obligated to replace or refund.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
