You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Unfortunately, if more than 7 days have passed since the delivery date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

3. Conditions for Refunds

 

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been opened, used, or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs for Refunds

 

You are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us for a refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

 

6. Exchanges

7. Limited Warranty

 

Our products come with a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.
