Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how you can change or cancel a subscription purchase.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a coffee subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew, you can cancel.
You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include a link to manage your subscription, where you can update your delivery frequency, skip a shipment, change products, or cancel.
