• 1oz Maple Delight Simple Syrup
• 2oz steamed oat milk or whole milk
• 12oz brewed coffee or two shots of espresso
• Optional: light dusting of cinnamon on top

1. Add 1oz Maple Delight to your mug.
2. Steam or froth 2oz of milk and pour over the syrup.

Maple Whiskey Smash — Flight Line Nightcap

• 1oz Maple Delight Simple Syrup
• 2oz rye whiskey or bourbon
• ¾oz fresh lemon juice
• 4–5 fresh mint leaves
• Ice

1. Add mint leaves and Maple Delight to a shaker. Muddle gently — bruise the mint, don't destroy it.
2. Add whiskey, lemon juice, and ice. Shake hard for 15 seconds.
3. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and a thin lemon wheel.
