Unlike many Ethiopian coffees, NR7952 isn't aggressively citrus-forward. It's richer, deeper, and more layered. The fruit develops slowly, the body stays creamy, and the fls that become more noticeable as the cupcools.

Why We Named It NR7952

NR7952 was the registration number of Amelia Earhart's Lockheed Vega 5B, the airplane she affectionately called the Little Red Bus.

In 1932 she flew it alone across the Atlantic,accomplish the feat. Three months later she flew it nonstop coast to coast across the United States, the first woman to do that too.

She wasn't legendary because of one flight. She became legendary because she kept climbing when the world told her the altitude wasn't hers to have.

This coffee carries the airplane's name becausbered.

How to Brew

Pour Over (Recommended): 200°F water, 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, 45-second bloom before finishing your pour. Let it cool slightly before the first sip. inish become more expressive as the temperaturedrops.

Cold Brew: Equally exceptional. Steep at a 1:8 ratio for 18 to 20 hours in the refrigerator, strain, and pour over ice. Rich, slightly jammy fruit character, wp through the ice.
