I've been steadily going through the fleet of beans since being introduced to LACC a couple months ago. THE Tarrazu Mustang has been my favorite . . . so far. I usually alternate between the Chemex, V60, and the French Press and each produce their own unique flavor profiles for a nice smooth cuppa with just a hint of milk chocolate. I'll continue to sample the new varieties as they come out, but certain I'll still be picking up another bag of Tarrazu to keep in the line up. Well done once again Josh!
